Collector
Positions available for entry-level collectors to work small balance desks. Requires good organizational and verbal skills. All training provided on the job by our tenured experienced collectors and managers.

Senior Collectors
Positions available for experienced collectors who demonstrate the ability to address complex financial situations. Must have working knowledge of dispute resolution and funding solutions. Salary dependant on level of experience and ability to demonstrate a strong skill set.

Primary Salespersons
Position requires prior sales, management or business experience. Must be able to speak in an articulate manner with business owners, credit and collection managers, controllers and chief financial officers about their aged receivables. Experienced industry sales managers provide on going industry trends and skill development training. This is a base plus commission position moving to straight commission as a client base is developed by the salesperson.

Client Services Representatives
Ability to develop a strong working relationship with our existing clients is the primary requirement for this position. Strong communication skills are necessary to recognize and understand the client’s receivables needs in order to develop customized programs that maximize the client’s return on their aged receivables. Since this position is base plus commission your ability to achieve this goal will directly affect your paycheck and our company’s bottom line.

Administrative Assistant
Position requires an acceptance of the team environment and strong clerical skills. Our administrative assistants are experts at multi tasking. We offer good salaries with annual increases for individuals who can meet and exceed these requirements.
