Tracking Corporate Debtors

   A company may try to hide from a creditor by changing phone numbers or addresses, or by switching the name of a business. At WILLIAMS, COHEN & GRAY, INC., we don’t stop looking until we discover the debtor's whereabouts so we can begin our recovery work.

Credit Investigation

  We uncover information on your customer's assets and liabilities, as well as indicators of corporate financial troubles or bankruptcy proceedings. Then we’ll work with you to devise the best, most effective plan for collecting the debt.

  At WILLIAMS, COHEN & GRAY, you’ll never have to deal with a collections team that is not familiar with you and your specific needs.

  Instead, you'll have your own personal representative, someone who knows you and your company. Your representative will deal directly with you and your accounts, so he or she can develop and use the strategies that will be most effective for your particular business. You’ll never have to wonder who to call for progress reports.

SCRD is a "workout" division that is specially structured to pursue and salvage second placements (e. g., accounts that have previously been worked unsuccessfully by an agency as a primary placement). Full-service collection efforts are provided in the Secondary Phase, and payments are directed to WILLIAMS, COHEN & GRAY.

SCRD services are provided for a straight contingent fee of up to 50 percent, which includes forwarding to a litigation attorney, if warranted, at WILLIAMS, COHEN & GRAY's discretion and expense. And, in SCRD, if there is no collection, there is no charge.
