- Williams, Cohen & Gray, will pay the full premium on a $10,000 term life
insurance policy for all qualified employees who choose to
participate.
401 K - Employees can
contribute to our 401 K plan after working the required number of hours.
Williams, Cohen & Gray 's contribution depends on the profitability of the
company. The employee's vested interest increases with length of
employment.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT -
Williams, Cohen & Gray, will pay one half the tuition costs of pre-approved
college courses.
VACATION - Paid
vacation is based on length of employment and varies from two to four
weeks.
HOLIDAY - Williams, Cohen &
Gray, grants nine paid holidays for full time employees per year.
PERSONAL LEAVE - Employees accrue five paid personal
leave days per year.
