Filets in Cream
Fish filets
Melted butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sherry wine
Grated Parmesan or sharp cheddar cheese
Place filets in a shallow butter baking dish. Brush
liberally with melted butter, season with salt and
pepper. Combine the soup, heavy cream and sherry and
pour over filets. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for
about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
