We offer these services in most countries which are signatories to the 1958 New York Convention on the Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.

Bankruptcy Monitoring. Overseas creditors are often at a disadvantage when a U.S. buyer files bankruptcy due to their distance from events. WILLIAMS, COHEN & GRAY can file the proof of claim in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy and monitor the file to make sure that the overseas creditor receives its due dividend distribution (if any).
