Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc. is steadfast in its belief that to be the best in the collection industry, you have to employ the best in the business and give them the most advanced tools available. Our goal has always been to give you the best returns on the accounts you place for collection. We offer unparalleled performance, yet only charge standard collection industry rates. We go way beyond the typical letter writing and phone contacts performed by most other agencies. If letters and phone calls had worked, you would not have needed a collection agency in the first place.

Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc. offers services that are an extension of your in-house efforts, not a repetition of them. From our International Collections to face-to-face private investigator contacts, Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc. goes the extra mile for our clients. If we don't collect, it doesn't cost you a dime!

Using Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc. is simple and easy. We only require the basic information to get started on most collection cases, and there are no strings attached to the process:

• No Contracts: You are not bound by any collection agreement that requires you to commit all of your collection accounts to Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc.. There are no minimums; use us as often or as little as you wish.
• Contingency Based: With Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc., there are no "coupon books" that you need to buy in advance, no pre-payments, and no hidden charges such as “management fees” that surprise you down the road.

Our Standard rates include everything! We assume the costs of Private Investigators, attorney demand letters, and all fees associated with our Asset and Liability Investigations. The below rates apply to the standard individual debtor placements that are most common in the collection industry.

Rates on individual placements are:

• 33.3%     Accounts that are less than one year old from the date of the most recent invoice, and the debtor company is still in business with a working phone number.
• 50%     Accounts that are over one year old from the date of the most recent invoice, and/or accounts that have gone out of business without a current working phone number. This rate also applies to International accounts, accounts under $200, and second placements from other collection agencies, attorneys and Judgments.

Our standard rates can be adjusted based on:

• Size of individual accounts
• Age of Account
• Volume of accounts being placed for collections

Williams, Cohen & Gray’s Service (the "Service") is a collection service provided by Williams, Cohen & Gray Inc. ("WCG"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth on the following link .

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth on the following page below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. If you utilize the Service in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, WCG may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse indicate is proper. WCG may modify this Agreement at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. Our standard rate will apply to all accounts that use our service,  unless you receive a separate agreement signed by an officer of the corporation or an acknowledgement letter stating a lower rate then what is listed on the website. Any oral agreement between WCG and you as the client for a lower rate then agreed will be put into an acknowledgement letter and mailed to you via first-class mail. It is your responsibility to make sure that you agree to this rate prior to the collection of any of your accounts, as no changes in rate can be negotiated after a collection has occurred.
